Segundo o baixista Pete Wenz refere-se à música como a descrição de um relacionamento amoroso cujos sentimentos se desvaneceram, mas ambos os amantes mantém-se juntos, de modo a aliviar as suas tensões físicas e psicológicas. O título é um modo abreviado de escrever "Thanks for the memmories" como numa sms. Foi também escolhido em tom de gozo com a editora, que por várias vezes terá pedido à banda títulos mais curtos, em vez de grandes e confusos como habitualmente.

O video passa-se num estúdio de gravação, com chimpanzés como responsáveis, que parecem não estar a gostar do trabalho da banda.

Ready for the Floor -- Hot Chip

Alexis Taylor, membro desta banda britânica, com o seu corpo dividido em duas metades, uma como Joker das histórias de Batman e outra como ele próprio, sujeita os restantes membros da banda a vários desafios. A cor das suas roupas vão evoluindo à medida que ultrapassam os diversos desafios, de cinzentas até tons mais alegres. O vídeo foi inspirado por vários programas de TV japoneses e tem várias referência a Batman, como a frase "You're my number one guy", presente no filme de Tim Burton datado 1989.
